Welcome to the El Dorado Union High School District Online Enrollment. Online enrollment provides an efficient way to begin registering your student for school. Information related to your student, including emergency contacts, medical details, and language preferences, will be gathered.

Online Enrollment for incoming 9th-grade students opens on January 5, 2026

Who can enroll a student? (Please call the Registrar to discuss any situations not listed below)

• Biological or Adoptive Parent with Educational Rights
• Court-Appointed Legal Guardian
• Unaccompanied Youth
• Students 18 Years Of Age May Enroll Self 

 

The online enrollment process typically requires between 20 to 30 minutes to complete. If you cannot finish it in one session, you have the option to log out and continue later.

Please do NOT use this application if your student is already actively enrolled in one of our high schools. This is for incoming students only.

Note: Please contact Pacific Crest Academy and Independence High School directly for enrollment.

To use the system:

• You must have a valid email address. 
• Aeries Online Enrollment is not your Aeries Parent Portal. You will need to set up a new Aeries Online Enrollment account with new login credentials.
• You must have a valid address within the El Dorado Union High School District boundaries. 
  • If your address is located outside of the district boundaries, please reach out to Student Services at (530) 622-5081, ext. 7229.
  • If you live in a "Dual Enrollment" area where you can choose between two schools, please inform Student Services of your preferred school if you have not done so already, by calling (530) 622-5081, ext. 7229.
    • If you do not provide your preferred school by February 6, 2026, one will be assigned for your student.

Upon completion of the online enrollment, the student’s information is electronically transmitted to the school.
